Midland College has received reports of phishing emails, calls, and texts claiming student accounts will be suspended. These messages may appear legitimate and ask about enrollment or financial aid.

DO NOT respond, click links, or share information. When in doubt, call 432-685-4500. If you already replied, contact the IT Help Desk at help@midland.edu immediately.

Midland College will never ask for your password by email, form, or phone.

To file a formal complaint, complete and submit the form below.
 
All complaints will be heard in accordance with Policy GB(LOCAL) or any exceptions outlined therein.
 
Informal resolution is encouraged but does not extend any deadlines in Policy GB(LOCAL), except by mutual written consent.
