C3 Connects Classrooms to Careers 

C3 - College & Career Connections is an intentional pipeline connecting Midland ISD students to education, training and local workforce opportunities that lead to lifelong success. 

C3 coaches work with students beginning in middle school and continuing through high school to help students:

• Discover their strengths and interests
• Explore college and technical training options
• Understand scholarships and financial aid
• Connect directly with local employers

By graduation, students have both a plan and the confidence to pursue it.
