Law of Agency (#00596-REQC) is a 30-hr course that covers real estate law of agency in Texas.  This course covers critical agency concepts including the relationship between a principle and an agent, an agent’s authority, the termination of an agent’s authority, an agents fiduciary and other duties, employment law, deceptive trade practices, listing and buying representation, and the disclosure of agency.

This course covers elements of contracts, offer and acceptance details, examination of the statute of frauds, remedies for breach of contract, unauthorized practice of law, commission rules relating to use of adopted forms, and owner disclosure requirements.
