Real EstateWorkforce Continuing Education
Our real estate training program, approved by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC), prepares you for the Texas state licensing exam and gives you a firm foundation with which to begin your exciting career in real estate. The program is approximately 12 weeks long and consists of six courses, concluding with an optional Texas Real Estate Exam Prep course.Unlock the door to the lucrative field of real estate!
Prospective license holders must meet TREC’s qualifications for honesty, trustworthiness and integrity. Certain elements of your background may disqualify you from obtaining a real estate license. Cost & Payment
Full payment of $600, for courses Principals I & II, is due at the time of registration to reserve seat. Payment methods include: debit/credit card, cash, money order and checks.Scholarships
Scholarship opportunities are available through Midland College for those students who are eligible. Students must apply for scholarship as least two weeks prior to start date. Please contact the Contract Training Coordinator for application and/or more information.Books
Cost of the book for each course is included in the course price. Books will be furnished to each student by the Workforce CE office.Registration
