Late Night at the Gym
Build 20-minute beginner spin classes into your workout regimen. Enjoy unedited Hip Hop music for your ride experience! This spin class is designed for new riders to get familiar with the terminology of an indoor cycling class and to understand where resistance and cadence meet for a ride with maximum results. Spinning consistently can result in faster weight loss, toned arms and legs, improved self esteem, and you'll have so much fun riding to the rhythm!
