The Business Leadership Certificate (ABC@MC) is a unique opportunity for students to progress efficiently through an intensive business program. ABC@MC begins each second summer session with a "boot camp" style business principles course. In Business Principles students will be exposed to business basics and become versed in the language and practice of business enterprise. At the conclusion of the summer semester, students will then be required to register for a block of courses in the Fall and Spring semesters. Participation in ABC@MC requires grit and determination. Students with the desire to secure a credential in a short time will emerge as adaptive, confident, and capable of thinking like business owners. ABC@MC includes an important leadership and community development component. During each regular semester, students will be enrolled in a Leadership course that will offer students an opportunity to network with local business leaders where skills learned in coursework can be put into practice.
