Conflict of InterestVendors

If applicable, outside vendors must complete a Conflict of Interest Questionnaire to do business with Midland College to stay in accordance with Chapter 176, Local Government Code. Chapter 176 of the Texas Local Government Code requires vendors who wish to conduct business or be considered for business to file a “conflict of interest questionnaire.” A vendor is an entity who has a business relationship as defined by Section 176.001(1-a) with a local government entity and the vendor meets requirements under Section 176.006(a).
