MC Volleyball hosts New Mexico Military Institute, Sophomore Day Saturday, October 27, 2018
2:00 PM - 4:00 PM

Join us as we say farewell to our two departing MC Lady Chaps volleyball sophomores.  On Saturday, October 27^th @ 2:00 p.m. the New Mexico Military Institute Broncos travel to Midland to take on the Lady Chaps.  NMMI (23-8, 8-0) is in first place in the WJCAC followed by the Lady Chaps (18-8, 6-2).

Both teams have matches on Wednesday night before meeting up at the Chaparral Center on Saturday.

In addition to it being our final home match of the season, it’s the final home match in the careers of two members of the MC volleyball team.  Desiree Marmolejo (McAllen, TX) and Aleksandra “Anja” Rodic (Belgrade, Serbia) will take the Chap Center court for the final time.

There will be a short, prematch ceremony for Marmolejo and Rodic just prior to the start of Saturday’s match. 

If you are interested in attending, please be there by 1:45 p.m. as we will begin the sophomore acknowledgements at a time that does not disrupt the scheduled 2:00 p.m. first serve.
