The Midland College Workforce Continuing Education department connects knowledge and skills development with Permian Basin workforce needs through high-quality educational content.  Short-term courses provide practical skills and strategies that can be applied immediately.  The college offers a variety of topics through live lecture and seminars as well as online through the “Ed2Go” course series.  Students can register for a single course or an entire program.

Students are able to choose from courses and programs in the following areas:  

  • Geographic Information Systems
  • Business and Professional Development
  • Certified Personal Trainer
  • Electrical
  • Human Resources
  • Real Estate

Midland College staff and expert instructors will also tailor any of these courses as well as those in other areas to meet the specific needs of an individual business through customized training options.
