Dagan Sherman grew up around art. His father is an artist and art teacher. Dagan prefers the traditional classroom, so he can get to know his students better and more easily. He “tweaks” his courses, when needed, to keep them fresh. He adds new projects or makes changes to existing ones to keep them challenging, yet student-friendly.

He enjoys being at home with his family, working on his garden, yard, and house. He supports causes for children and dogs. His favorite vacation spot is anywhere in the mountains or near an ocean.
