NJCAA Region 5 Baseball Tournament at MC's Christensen Stadium Saturday, May 14, 2022

The National Junor College Athletic Association (NJCAA), VisitMidland and Midland College welcome all to this event. NJCAA Region 5 is comprised of 21-member two-year colleges, which include nine teams from the North Texas Junior College Athletic conference (NTJCAC) and nine teams from the Western Junior College Athletic Conference (WJCAC). The Region 5 Baseball Tournament brings togther the top four teams from the TNJCAC and the top four teams from the WJCAC in an eight-team, double-elimination tournament. Players from the eight colleges are considered to be some of the top prospects in the nation, including several who are 2022 MLB Draft prospects. The winner of the Region 5 Baseball Tournament will secure a place in the 2022 NJCAA Division 1 National Tournament in Grand Junction, CO (May 28-June 4, 2022). Day-pass tickets and tournament-pass tickets will be available at the gate. All youth baseball and softball players under the age of 12 are admitted free of charge if wearing their team uniform.
