In celebration of Black History month, the Midland College Art Department invites you to a complimentary photographic exhibit reception and gallery talk featuring the works of Richard Orton. "The Upshaws of County Line: An American Family" is Mr. Orton's photographic journal of his venture to County Line, Texas and his 25-year experience there leading to the exhibit.
