The MC Cogdell Learning Center and the MC Business & Economic Development Center hosts an open-air market showcasing area small businesses.  The market features one-of-a-kind items, homemade and locally grown foods, unique gifts and music.  This market will occur  on the third Saturday of the month from June to September.

Vendors include Mandujano Brothers Produce, Spenser's Art, Maya Solis Bake House, Texrocks, Anna's Fashion & Gifts, Candy Dots, Shade Tree Salsa, Apostolic Assembly Church, Wink Naturals, Cherry Creek Mortgage, DASH Realty, Behrnes Pepper Salts, Maddie Bakes Cookies, Balance by Erika Nieto, Lil' Czech Bakery, Abbeville Dentistry, Star Bright Boutique and R Kreations.
