Midland College to Host Free Homeschool Resource FairMarch 18, 2026

Midland College will host a free Homeschool Resource Fair for local families on Thursday, March 26, from 9–11:30 a.m. in the Fasken Learning Resource Center on the MC campus.

The come-and-go event is designed to connect homeschool families with valuable campus resources, provide information about dual credit opportunities, and offer a closer look at the programs and support systems available at Midland College.

“Our goal is to remove barriers and expand access to higher education,” said Joseph Granado, Vice President of Student Services at Midland College. “This event reflects that commitment and offers families the opportunity to learn how Midland College can help homeschooled students begin earning college credit and planning their next steps with confidence.”

Attendees will have the opportunity to meet with faculty and staff, ask questions about academic and career pathways, and learn more about how homeschool students can seamlessly transition into college coursework. Representatives will also share information about Midland College’s free dual credit opportunities available to qualifying homeschool students.

“We are excited to continue serving our homeschool community,” said Amy Webb, Director of Dual Credit Partnerships. “We are especially excited to offer free dual credit to our homeschool families, helping them get a head start on their academic journey. It’s an opportunity for students to save time and money while pursuing their educational goals.”

The Homeschool Resource Fair reflects Midland College’s continued commitment to access, opportunity, and student success for all learners in the community.
