Michael Fields had the opportunity to take cosmetology in high school and he was hooked. His classes are all hands-on and cannot be taught effectively online. He teaches new techniques and brings in guest speakers.

He is happiest when he is performing on stage, and has been active with the Midland Community Theater for many years. One of his hidden skills is tap dancing. Animal cruelty is his most important cause. He loves to camp and get back to nature. His bucket list begins with traveling outside of the United States.
