Krista Cohlmia’s high school math teacher sparked her interest in math. She has a passion for teaching and tries to be energetic, working to actively engage her students.

Her main hobby is watching her two sons play baseball. She also enjoys water skiing, watching the Texas Aggies play any sport, and cooking. Favorite vacation spots include Disney World or the College World Series in Omaha, Nebraska. "Disney World is truly that happiest place on Earth, and sharing that with my family is magical," she said. "Baseball is our family’s favorite pastime, so watching the best collegiate teams compete, especially if the Aggies make the College World Series, is exciting."
