Get the most out of your camera.  This 8-week personal enrichment continuing education course is an overview of the many facets of photography.  Students will use their own digital camera, preferably a DSLR, to learn camera controls and functions, as well as the basics of light, shadow, composition and framing. 

The course is designed for beginners and enthusiasts, alike.  It is structured to enforce photography basics and to encourage photographers to use personal creativity and craft through lecture, discussion, in-class group exercises and outside assignments.
