With gooey, sticky syrup each forkful will melt in your mouth! Pancakes will be served all day long in honor of National Pancake Day! The cost is just $6 for current MC students and employees; $9 for the public.

National Pancake Day is so nice, it is celebrated twice. This is the second National Pancake Day of the year. The first is usually held in February, because you can never have too many pancakes.

The MC June and Frank Cowden, Jr. Dining Hall opened on August 24, 2020. The 18,600 square-foot addition to the Scharbauer Student Center is centrally located on the campus making it an easy walk from classroom buildings and employee offices.

The dining hall accommodates 480 people and includes a commercial kitchen to support daily dining and campus catering. Outdoor dining is also available on the Beal Patio. The Rotary Community Room accommodates approximately 90 people and is available for use by local community organizations.

Menu options in the June and Frank Cowden, Jr. Dining Hall feature an all-you-can-eat salad and soup bar, taco bar, pizzeria, cooked-to-order omelet station, hamburger/hot sandwich grill and a traditional cafeteria-style counter with a variety of fresh meats and vegetables.
