Handgun for Beginners Friday, September 24, 2021

The MC Personal Enrichment Continuing Education department presents this 3-hour beginning handgun training session.  Class emphasizes handgun safety, proper shooting fundamentals and basic movements in a slow setting and includes practical fire exercises to create a solid foundation.

Required Materials

• Reliable handgun
• Holster and belt (recommended)
• 100 rounds of ammunition
• Eye and Hearing protection (available for loan, if needed) Glasses will work for eye protection.
• Weather appropriate attire for an outdoor range
• Comfortable shoes
• Drinking water
• Hat/cap/visor and usnblock (recommended)

(Note:  Handguns, ammunition and holster are available for rent for $20 with prior arrangements)

Course Fee: $100

Class is taught at a private shooting range.  Students will be contacted regarding location once they register and pay.
