Midland College is a member of the Association of Title IX Administrators (ATIXA) and subscribes to ATIXA products for the construction of policy as well as training on Title IX policy administration.
 
Midland College Title IX personnel (e.g., Title IX Coordinator, Deputy Title IX Coordinators, investigators, decision-makers, and informal resolution facilitators) have received specialized training from ATIXA, internally developed training from Midland College Title IX personnel, or external resources as so listed.  In order to be in compliance with the Title IX Regulation 106.45(b)(10)(i)(d) beginning August 14, 2020, those training materials are listed below.
