Presented by NCCA accredited organization, W.I.T.S, this challenging course is for candidates wanting online instruction with in-depth, hands-on practical labs to master the career skills and knowledge needed to become a personal trainer.
Our experienced teachers share all the dos and don’ts of working with clients. The course consists of 15 hours of lecture on key topics like biomechanics, exercise physiology, fitness testing, equipment usage and health assessments.
