For kids who have completed Kindergarten to 6th grade

Kids' College is a summer enrichment program with a curriculum that has been developed to offer courses
for introduction and enhancement rather than in-depth study.

  • Kids’ College offers a variety of classes including arts, language, sports, STEM, computer coding, math, reading, and robots.

Step 1 - Submit Registration FOrm

Register early to ensure your student will get in the class of their choice.

Registration Deadline

May 28th @ 5 pm

  • A registration form is required for each student.
  • Students chose two classes to attend each week OR a class that meets during both time slots.
  • Student MUST be registered for the full afternoon, from 1 - 4:45 pm; there are no late drop-offs or early pick-ups.
  • Pre-registration is not required.

2 - Check Your Email

  • Once your registration is processed, you will receive an email from cecommunityprograms@midland.edu with next step instructions. 
  • Due to a high volume of registrations received, allow 5 to 7 business days for processing.
  • Be sure to check your spam folder after 7 business days if you have not seen the email.

Registration Changes

Registration changes must be submitted in writing to cecommunityprograms@midland.edu and will be processed 5 to 7 business days once received.

Classes will range from $50 to $120 per class

  • Two classes will be offered each week and most classes will meet for one class timeslot and then the child will switch classes and go to their second class timeslot.
  • A few classes (Computer classes, Summer STEM Discovery, Makers’ Space, etc.) meet during both class timeslots.
  • Students MUST be signed up for the full time from 1 - 4:45 pm (either two classes or one of the longer classes that meet during both timeslots).
  • Payments received by May 12th will receive an early bird discount of 10%.

      • Regular hours (through May 10): Monday – Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
      • Summer hours (May 13 - August): Monday – Thursday, 7:30 am - 5:30 pm

Payment Due

  • Payment is due when invoice email is received (after confirmation of registration).
  • FINAL Registration and payment date is May 28th. No more registrations will be accepted after May 28th and students with unpaid balances will be dropped.

Limited Scholarships are available

  • Notification of scholarships will be made before May 11th.
  • Applications do not guarantee receipt of scholarship.

Sign up for Lunch & Transport to Kids' College

If your child is attending BOTH Kids’ College AND MCT camp (registration separate), and you would like for your child to have lunch at Midland College and an escort to Kids College, please complete the Lunch & Drop-off Sign-up Form (link below).

Drop-off/Pick-up will be in the parking lot of the F. Marie Hall Academic Building.

The process for drop-off and pick-up is as follows:

  • Drop-off will begin at 12:45 p.m., not earlier. Staff will not be available before this time.
  • Students who already have their name tag and schedule may be dropped off and will be directed to line up with their first class.
  • Students who HAVE NOT received their name tag and schedule MUST come to the check-in table when arriving.
  • Pick-up will begin at 4:45 p.m. The students will be brought to their vehicle, so please remain in the car in the pick-up line. Please display the name sign we provide to expedite the pick-up process.
  • Carpool ends at 5:15 p.m. Any student left after 5:15 p.m. will be taken to F. Marie Hall Academic Building Rm. 130, (432) 685-4518.
  • If you must park and pick up your child, please park in the designated area on the map and wait for the flow of traffic to stop before stepping into the line of traffic.

    Security is essential to the safety of your children during Kids’ College, which is why campus police officers will assist Kids’ College staff with traffic. Your patience and cooperation is appreciated. Traffic assistants are strictly guided by the Midland College Police Department – please follow all instructions and do not deviate.
