Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Management

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Management program is designed to broaden career opportunities for students and better their chances for promotion to supervisory positions. The program is designed to provide a career-ladder for students who have already completed an associate degree and who wish to continue their education at the bachelor level. Whether you are a beginning freshman, or a college graduate with an Associate of Applied Science degree, the Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Management program may offer an especially desirable career option for you.

CAREER OPPORTUNITIES

With preparation of students for entry-level jobs accomplished by their study in selected A.A.S. programs, upper-division courses in Organizational Management further prepare them to effectively lead and manage business operations within their technical fields of interest.

ENROLLMENT IN UPPER-DIVISION COURSES REQUIRES:

         1)  Admission to the Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Management program;

         2)  English 1301, 1302, and a Speech course selected from the Core Curriculum, and Math 0372 or equivalent score on math placement exam, or TSI score of 343.

         3)  Substantial completion of an approved A.A.S. degree (within 15 semester hours of graduation).
