MC English Department to Launch Writers' Group

The English Department at Midland College has announced the formation of a writers' group beginning this fall.  The group will meet to read, critique, and encourage creative writing of all genres ... fiction, nonfiction, and poetry. The group plans  to host regional writers, as well, to speak on topics of interest.

The group will be open to MC faculty, staff, students, and to all members of the Permian Basin community who are interested, no matter their age or background.

For more information and to get on an e-mail list, contact Dr. Pamela Howell, MC English faculty, at (432) 685-4628 or prhowell@midland.edu
