Interlibrary Loan Policies

1. Interlibrary Loan privileges are only available to current students, faculty, and staff of Midland College.
2. Complete bibliographic information must be provided by the patron.
3. Please use a separate form for each item requested.
4. Two attempts will be made to locate requested materials through Interlibrary Loan. If none of the attempts are successful, the request will be canceled and the patron notified.
5. Borrowed items must be returned on time. Interlibrary Loan is a privilege and a courtesy.

The copyright law of the United States governs the making of photocopies or other reproductions of copyrighted material. Photocopies or other reproductions can be furnished only under certain conditions if they will be used solely for private study, scholarship or research. Use of the reproduction for other purposes may make the user liable for copyright infringement. This institution reserves the right to refuse to accept a copying order if in its judgment, fulfillment of the order would involve violation of copyright law.
