Professional Petroleum Data Management Workshop Thursday, October 04, 2018
10:00 AM - 4:30 PM

The Midland College Petroleum Professional Development Center (PPDC) invites students and the public to a workshop hosted by the Professional Petroleum Data Management (PPDM) Association.

10:00-11:30 a.m. - Introduction to PPDM:  Learn about the Professional Petroleum Data Management Association--what the association does and why it matters.  This special discussion is free for those attending the luncheon.

11:30 a.m.-1:00 p.m. - Luncheon:  Backy by popular demand, special guest speaker, Lewis Matthews from CrownQuest Operating will present a talk entitled "The Three Data Dark Ages of the Permian Basin."  This luncheon is free for PPDM members and $25 for non-members.

1:00-4:30 p.m. - Training:  Business LIfe Cycle of the Well.  This session will navigate through each phase and corresponding process(es) of the well life cycle.  Participants will learn how to access and share data or information to improve their team's function.  This training is an additional fee of $250 for members and $350 for non-members.
