Requesting Help from IT
To report a software, hardware, computer accessories, phone, user account, electronic door, facilities and grounds problem, please submit an IT Help Desk ticket.
Username: MC email address
Password: same as your MC computer and email account
Tickets are reviewed and assigned to the appropriate person to complete the work order. The person who submits the ticket will be notified via email when progress is made on the ticket.

- Learn to use Canvas by completing the online Growing with Canvas course. If it is not in your list of courses, submit a Canvas help ticket and ask to be added to the course.
- To request Help before logging in, click the Help link under the forgot password link.
- To request help after logging in, click the Help button in the left navigation menu.
