To report a software, hardware, computer accessories, phone, user account, electronic door, facilities and grounds problem, please submit an eHelpDesk ticket. Your username and password are the same as your Outlook/Active Directory/Email account.
Tickets will be reviewed and assigned to the appropriate person to complete the work order. The person who submits the ticket will be notified via email when progress is made on the ticket.
