Students who need assistance enrolling in a course(s) which have a pre-requisite should complete this request form. Midland College’s on-line registration system, Campus Connect, checks a student’s record to determine if the pre-requisite of the course has been met. If a transcript evaluation has not been completed at time of registration, the student will not be allowed to enroll in the course which has a pre-requisite(s). *

*Transient students (those who are not degree seeking at Midland College) do not have all of their transfer course work entered into their record.

How do I register if I have the pre-requisite completed but the system does not recognize it?

Make sure that your transcript which has the course work and grade which meets the pre-requisite is on file and complete the request below. (Faxed or emailed copies of the transcript will be accepted for registration purposes but must be followed up with the official transcript.)

If you have sent the transcripts, the transfer credit evaluation may be pending. Please complete the request below so we can assist you.

What happens next?

A counselor will pull your transfer transcripts and will verify the pre-requisite. If there is room in the course requested for registration, the counselor will register you for that course, or may contact you for more information. Once the request has been processed, the counselor will contact you via email or phone to advise the status of your request.

*1. I understand that transcripts submitted on or after the first day of registration will not be entered on the student’s record for use in meeting that term’s pre-requisite eligibility.
*2. I understand that meeting the eligibility and pre-requisite requirements for enrollment in a course is the student’s responsibility. I further understand that delays in providing the required documentation/transcript(s) will delay or prohibit the student from being enrolled in a course.
*3. I understand that this is a request and does not guarantee enrollment in any course.
*4. I understand that payment is due at the time of registration and I am subject to being withdrawn without prior notice if this course is not paid for at the time of registration.
*5. I understand that the Counselor/Advisor may need to contact me about this request. I further understand that I must provide a current method of contact (i.e. phone number and email address) for this request.
