TREC course #15-06-129-6572 meets TREC requirement, including Ethics, course # 03-03-0129-6497 for three hours and Legal course # 03-03-0129-6496 for three hours MCE credit each. The remaining nine hours covers additional legal and hot topics, economic and finance updates, current issues in commercial real estate including environmental matters and a full review of the TREC contracts and forms. If you are only needing Ethics or Legal courses, those may be taken independently, Legal update will be on Saturday from 8:30 - 11:30 and Ethics update will be from 1:00 - 4:00.
