Professional Airline Certificate

The Midland College PAC Program is an opportunity for an individual to complete their final preparation for interview with Mesa Airlines. This program is designed for an individual who has a degree from another college or university and has already attained at least a commercial license with an instrument rating and has a total of 250 hours of flight time. This program will be one semester in length. 

To Qualify - you must have:  

  • 250 Total Flight Hours
  • Minimum of an Associates Degree
  • Acceptable Driving Record
  • First Class Medical
  • Drug Test
  • Physiological Test

Option A – Instrument, Commercial, Multi-Engine Land

Option B – Instrument, Commercial, Single Engine Land

Qualified candidates will receive:  

Option A
  • 5 hours instrument refresher (FTD)

  • 10 hours in a twin engine flight-training device

  • Multiengine Flight AIRP 2351 (this would be modified to a 10 flight hour course and a 2 hours stage check)
  • Guaranteed interview with Mesa Air Lines for a 1st Officer Position upon completion of this program
