Dana Deering has been with Midland College for eight years, first coming on board as the Curriculum Technology Specialist, with the Title V HSI Grant.

At the end of the Title V HSI Grant, Dana moved to the Information Technology Department to begin working with faculty and staff; Dana trains in various software applications and helps create online courses that integrate new and innovative technology -- "best practices" within the courses.

Dana received her B.A. degree from The University of Texas of the Permian Basin.
