The Midland College Advanced Technology Center (ATC) is a unique educational venture involving Midland College, the Midland Independent School District, and a number of community partners. The center is located at 3200 W. Cuthbert in Midland, Texas, and is designed to deliver workforce education programs to support the development of a skilled technical workforce for Midland and the Permian Basin by allowing students to earn high school diplomas, college certificates, and associate of applied science degrees.

This facility also enables Midland-area residents to further enhance their technical skills through industry-recognized certifications and other continuing education opportunities. The Midland College Workforce Training Department, located at the ATC, offers short-term courses and training as requested by Permian Basin business and industry.
