Tuition Schedule
Come to the WRTTC at 1309 West Interstate 10, Fort Stockton, Texas, to complete registration forms. Registration office hours are Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. You will receive an invoice for tuition and fees in order to mail your payment to the Midland campus. Your payment should be received in Midland by August 22nd . A student is not considered officially enrolled until all tuition and fees are recorded at the Midland registrar’s office.
REGISTRATION DATES: August 8th – Sept. 1st . Late Register through September 2nd
Students Register as Early as Possible
Please register early to prevent class cancellations caused by students coming in too late to register. All students registering early will receive a billing invoice and an envelope at the time of registration in order to mail in tuition payments on or before the following dates: All tuition payments are due in the Midland College Cashiers office no later than August 22nd

STUDENT ORIENTATION
On Tuesday, August 23rd from 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m., the WRTTC will hold a student orientation. Information will be covered concerning Financial Aid, Registration, Choosing a Degree or Certificate plan, Admission Requirements, THEA, remedial Classes, Placement tests, Transferring College Credits, Graduation and more!
COUNSELING
For information on degree planning, transferring courses to four-year Universities, PELL-Grants, financial aid, entrance exams, or Midland College Certificates, you may contact Pat Matthies or Sondra Bynum, student advisors at the WRTTC. Counseling hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday – Friday.
THEA AND PLACEMENT TESTING
Alternative THEA and Quick THEA are available to students who have never taken the THEA and also for retaking sections that have not been passed. Alternative THEA is given weekly; Quick THEA is given every 1st Thursday of the month, Aug 4th & Aug 18th at 8:30 a.m. Registration and payment for Quick THEA is required no later than the Wednesday before Thursday test. Test fees are $29. Please contact student advisors in advance at 336-7882.

PELL GRANT
Grants do not have to be repaid, as does a loan. Do you qualify for federal money for financial assistance while attending college classes? You may qualify if you have lost your job, reduced income; death of a spouse or divorce, or similar circumstances. Income and indebtedness along with the number of dependents in a family will be taken into consideration. The only way to know if a person qualifies for the grant is to apply. Applications will be considered at all times, but if your file is not complete before the deadline, then please be prepared to pay at registration using your own personal funds. Applications are at the WRTTC or you may fill the Pell Grant out on the computer at www.fafsa.ed.gov for faster processing. Please contact the WRTTC to arrange for assistance with the computerized application.

PAYMENT PLAN
Payment Plan – Fall and Spring Sessions. Students interested in a payment plan can pay their tuition at 50% down with two additional payments. There is a $20 fee for the payment plan. If interested, inquire when you register
