Course Cancelation Policy
Each Continuing Education course has a minimum student enrollment requirement that has to be met in order for the class to make. Courses lacking sufficient enrollment will be cancelled by 12:00 pm (noon) TWO BUSINESS DAYS before the first class day. The WFCE Department makes every effort to notify promptly all registered students of any cancellations. Paid students will receive 100% refund for cancelled classes.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed as follows:
100% refund (less a $10 processing fee): if course is dropped by 12:00 pm (noon) two business days before the first class day
80% refund (less a $10 processing fee): if course is dropped before the second class day
ONE DAY COURSES: With the exception of extenuating circumstances, students will not receive a refund for a one-day class if they drop on the day of the class.
No refunds will be given after the second class day. It is the student's responsibility to cancel their registration. Allow 30 days for refund processing. No cash refunds will be issued.
