For each semester that a student wishes to receive MGIB benefits, a Request for Certification form must be signed and submitted to the VA Coordinator. These forms are available in the Midland College Veterans Affairs office or on our website at the link above. This form authorizes us to prepare the enrollment certification and transmit it to the VA. We will not certify any student without this form. Students must be registered for classes before submitting this form.

The Request for Certification may be submitted in person or by fax. Remember, however, faxes are not always received in a legible state, so we highly recommend that you stop by or phone our office within 24 to 48 hours to verify receipt.
