3.3.6 Objective: By Sept. 30, 2002, there will be at least 50% of counselors and faculty advisors who will demonstrate at least a 75% increase in Tracking awareness as a result of professional development opportunities.

• Professional development opportunities related to student tracking have been attended by over 50% of faculty at Midland College . Of those attending, the awareness of student tracking and its implications has been increased by at least 75%. Only a few faculty advisors and counselors had utilized technology to track students in the past.
