On October 13, 2011 the suspect was at the Cogdell campus looking for a female student. The suspect has been on campus several times looking for the student that he stated defrauded him. The suspect is not a student and has no legitimate business at Midland College so he was issued a criminal trespass warning. On May 4, 2011 the suspect was driving around the Circle on main campus. While driving around the suspect was masturbating in his vehicle in front of a female student while she was running on the Circle. On February 16, 2011 the suspect was handled for frightening students and their instructor by using aggressive vulgar language. The instructor stated that she was scared of the suspect and that three female students approached the instructor and told her that they were uncomfortable and afraid of the suspect. On February 9, 2011 suspect was in the SSC game room when a MC employee reported smelling marihuana coming from the suspect. When MCPD Officer approached the suspect the Officer also noticed a strong odor of marihuana. While being questioned my MCPD Officer the suspect was uncooperative and stated he was not a student at Midland College. On February 9, 2010 the suspect was walking around the ATC building into classes and offices. When asked for Identification suspect refused, he was then given a verbal Criminal Trespass Warning. On February 15 the suspect returned. When he refused to leave he was placed under arrest. While trying to restrain the suspect he assaulted a police officer. On February 2, 2009 the suspect was seen inside of several buildings on the main campus between the hours of 12:00 am and 3:00 am. The suspect was then given a verbal criminal trespass warning. On September 20, 2009 the suspect was stopped for a traffic violation by an MCPD officer. The suspect gave a fictitious name to the officer. Later a warrant was issued for his arrest on said offense and he was given a written criminal trespass warning. If this person is seen on campus we ask that you call MCPD at (432) 685-4734.

On November 8, 2007 the suspect was consuming alcohol in the parking lot of Craddick Hall. The suspect was evicted from Craddick Hall. The suspect continued to go back to the dorms, intoxicated, and would not leave when asked. The suspect was given a criminal trespass warning for the area of Dorm Rd. which includes all resident halls and the Jack E. Brown Dining Hall. On July 25, 2006 the suspect, who was not a student or resident, was drinking beer on campus and throwing empty beer cans around the family housing apartments. The suspect was in violation of campus rules and regulations. When asked to leave he refused. The suspect was then given a criminal trespass warning. On July 27, 2006 the suspect returned to the campus. When approached by MCPD officer the suspect tried to flee.
