Student Publications Chaparral News Magazine
Chaparral magazine is published once each year, during the spring semester. All stories for the magazine are conceived, researched, and written by Student Publications students under the direction of a student editor and the lab instructor.
Students may write about anything that interests them. Ideas must be cleared with the student editor and the lab instructor. Students look for ideas in current events - local, state, and national. They also use campus ideas including departments, classes, divisions, students, instructors, and other news/feature oriented stories.
