The Midland College Registrar’s Office provides services for MC students, faculty and staff. At the registrar’s office students register for current semester courses, change schedules, acquire transcripts, have transfer course work evaluated, file intents to graduate, and counsel with the V.A. Coordinator on using veterans’ benefits. The Registrar’s Office may also assist with registration for Community programs and Kid’s College courses within the Continuing Education area.

The Registrar's office enforces the Family Privacy Act which protects the student from having his or her record accessed without student knowledge or consent.
Prior to the first class day, students may make schedule changes online using Campus Connect, or may come to the Registrar’s Office for assistance. CLICK HERE for more information.

Students requesting transcripts can do so on line at https://www.midland.edu/admissions/transcript/
Students may also fax requests to (432-685-6401 for official transcripts to be mailed. Please provide name, social security number, address where the transcript should be mailed, contact telephone number, signature and date of request. The office does not fax transcripts as faxed copies are not considered to be official.
