Early Admissions Program
Early Admissions at Midland College is a program which enables a high school student to earn college credit before graduating from high school. Students must complete the steps below to enroll. You must also submit the Early Admissions Program High School Approval/Registration Form (or download and complete the PDF and give to an Advisor/Counselor in the Alison Fine Arts building) in order to enroll. Please note: with approval from the student’s high school principal/counselor it is also possible to earn concurrent high school credit.

• Complete Online Apply Texas Application ( www.applytexas.org ) Note: MC Admissions Office will send an acceptance notification via email that will include Student ID, PIN, Online instructions to enroll in course(s). This process takes 3-5 working days. |

• Submit one of the following test scores (TAKS, ACT, SAT, PSAT, PLAN) to MC Admissions Office at the Scharbauer Student Center • If scores meet requirements (verified by MC Admissions only), go to • If scores do not meet requirements, additional placement testing is |

IN CASE OF WITHDRAWAL FROM HIGH SCHOOL DUAL CREDIT CLASS(ES), STUDENT WILL NEED TO WITHDRAW FROM THE COLLEGE COURSE(S) AS WELL. |
