The next PTK Induction Ceremony is Tuesday, February 21, 2017, 6:30 - 8:00 p.m. in the Wagner & Brown Auditorium of the Allison Fine Arts Building

"Accept PTK" ... Please help support Phi Theta Kappa (PTK) and their efforts to build membership. PTK is the international honor society for two-year colleges. Typically, 300 Midland College students meet the eligibility requirements (3.5 GPA & minimum 12 hours towards an associate’s degree) each semester.

Students are encouraged to accept invitations for membership ... a student who feels like he/she belongs stays long and is more likely to finish strong!

Pics are from a community fun project we did in December. The PTK students dressed as story characters and visited patients and family members at Midland Memorial Hospital (specifically the oncology, geriatric, and pediatric units).

In support of the Haitian Association for Human Development (HAHD), PTK students raised 410 pounds of donations for Haiti, while 100 lbs of diapers that were unable to be taken to Haiti went to another non-profit association, and winter clothing was delivered to Mexico.
