ssrsu@mcWest Texas residents can now obtain a Bachelor Degree from Sul Ross State University without leaving the Midland College Campus. Through this unique COOP program between the two institutions, students can now earn a degree in eleven different disciplines: Biology, Chemistry, Criminal Justice, Cyber Security, Education (all certification levels), English, Geology, History, Kinesiology, Mathematics and Spanish.

Upper division Sul Ross courses are available at Midland College via ITV (Interactive television) classrooms or online. Students benefit from the familiarity of the MC campus, the small class sizes, and regular interaction with Sul Ross professors. There is a Transfer Specialist, Missy Schenkman, on the MC campus who is available to assist students with the application process and program specifics, schedule creation and financial aid.

Up to 90 hours from Midland College can be transferred to Sul Ross State University, making this the least expensive program in the area. The lower-priced classes at Midland College and the competitively priced tuition at Sul Ross makes this a great option. There are many scholarship opportunities from Sul Ross and Midland College for students who are interested in this program.
