Philosophy courses are surveys of humanity’s attempt to answer the questions of what is real, how we should live, what we can know, and how we can best use our ability to reason. They also help develop rational thought and critical thinking.

PHIL 1301 , PHIL 2303 , and PHIL 2306 are also options in the Humanities area of the Core Curriculum.
