There are three main objectives of the Department of Mathematics: to provide a sound curriculum for students who wish to pursue a career in mathematics or mathematical education; to provide adequate training for students in science, engineering, and occupational technical programs; and to provide math courses to satisfy general degree requirements. MathLab is used/required in the calculus series.
