Title V
HSI-Title V Grant is
a grant that initiated new instructional strategies while
addressing the complex and unique learning barriers of
our student population. By addressing cultural and learning
style diversity in instructional methodology and curriculum,
Midland College and Title V created a learning environment
conducive to highlighting the talents of our students rather
than their differences. The HSI-Title V Grant focused on
empowering faculty and staff with the information, skills,
knowledge and resources to improve student success and
retention.
