CONSTRUCTION NOTICE

As part of our Bond improvements, Midland College will be re-piping major parts of its heating and cooling system through early November. As a result, the heat will be turned off to all buildings inside the circle and to Chaparral Center. Please monitor the weather in order to dress appropriately during that period. Sorry for this inconvenience, as we work to make Your College better!

The plan below details the trenching and pipe laying that is taking place on campus now and for the next few months.  Everywhere you see a red line, you can expect an open trench 13' wide and up to 8 feet deep.  There will also be an abundance of heavy digging equipment and welders. Bright orange safety fencing will be used as a barrier around these working areas.
