The Midland College seal and other college artwork, such as the Chaparral, are trademark expressions of the college. Unauthorized usage of these elements is forbidden. Permission for usage must be obtained through the Public Information Office at Midland College. Vendors or other private parties using any of these elements on products for commercial sale may be charged royalties.
