Searching Online Catalog to find materials in the LRC Collection

BROWSE Authors/Titles

	Basic Search
Power Search
	Browse
	Call No. Search

Use the Browse mode if you want to look at an alphabetical list of
Authors, Titles, Subjects, etc.

Browse screen:

Browse on Authors if you know the author's name and want to know whether the library has any books written by this person.

Browsing on author's last name: Grisham results is an alphabetical list of authors
This list indicates that the library has 12 records by John Grisham, which you can then display.


Authors can also be: corporations, organizations, government entities, etc.

Browse on Titles if you know the title of the book that you need. Omit any leading articles: A, An, The

If you are looking for The Scarlet Letter you'd browse on:
					Scarlet Letter


This list indicates that the library has 6 records on "Scarlet Letter" which you can then display.
Displaying these 6 titles, also retrieves the title: Novels


	This book is a collection of novels, one of which is: The Scarlet Letter.
