WOMEN'S ASSISTANT FAST-PITCH SOFTBALL COACH

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with recruiting and scouting of prospective student athletes
• Oversee game day preparations
• Check on softball athletes in resident halls
• Substitute teaching in physical education activity classes
• Monitor class attendance, performance, and degree progress
• Assist with coaching during practice, games, and off-season
• Perform athletic related duties assigned by the Head Coach and/or Athletic Director

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in physical education required; Master's preferred
• Recruiting experience at the collegiate and/or professional level and former playing experience desirable
• Knowledge of NCAA and NJCAA rules and regulations
• Strong recruiting background and communication skills
• Competent in use of general office equipment

SALARY

$25,000 per year. Excellent fringe benefits.
