PART-TIME

TECHNICAL FACULTY POOL CLERK

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in mail distribution
• Customer service
• Quality reproductions of educational materials
• Monthly expense reports
• Typing tests,  handouts and other course-related materials
• Print and maintain program brochures
• Oral and written communication with faculty and staff
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

Required: 

• Ability to operate reproduction equipment
• Basic knowledge of computers and Microsoft software applications
• Must be self-motivated and work independently
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred:          

• Some college level course work and related work experience
• Experience in desktop publishing software such as Adobe PageMaker

SALARY

$7.50 per hour.  19 hours per week.  Monday through Thursday.  4:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
