PHYSICAL PLANT SECRETARY

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Request and record all purchase orders, payroll, accounting of all accounts
• Record all interdepartmental charges
• Schedule vehicles and credit cards
• Maintain custodial inventory
• Receive and record all work requests
• Update “Right to Know Center”
• Possess adequate working knowledge of maintenance department’s CMMS program
• All other assigned duties to include but not limited to: filing, typing, answering phones, and keeping records of employee attendance

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Three (3) years secretarial experience including:  accurate filing, typing (40 wpm), and high volume phone
• Experience with general office equipment: computer, copier, fax, calculator

Preferred:

• Experience including: accounting, payroll and computer work requests
• Experience with computerized time clock (Omni)

SALARY

$1,846.83 per month. Excellent fringe benefits.
